Beginning January 10, 2023, Richardson & Richardson Consulting has partnered with Syncro to host a four week sales training program for managed services providers who are interested in growing their companies to 1MM in ARR.  This four week, once per week, instructor led training program will cover the fundamentals of creating and executing a realistic owner-led sales growth plan.

There is no cost to attend, Syncro has sponsored the creation and delivery of the program.

Carrie Richardson will be instructing – you can read reviews of her paid consulting engagements here.

What Will You Learn?

If you’re planning to join us, and would like to get a head start on preparation for the program, the first slide of the presentation is below and if you can gather this information before we begin, you’ll have more time for focusing on other “homework” activities.

When Does The Free MSP Sales Training Fundamentals Program Begin?

We begin on Tue, Jan 10, 2023 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, and continue every Tuesday at the same time for four weeks.  Expect to commit an hour a day to your sales training program, and then to your sales process after the course finishes.

Is This MSP Sales Training Appropriate For Sales Reps?

This is not a sales rep training program.

This program is intended for business owners.

Please do not register your sales team, it will not help them – we aren’t talking about sales techniques that will work for a telemarketer, sales rep or sales leader.  This program is for owners who will be doing their own sales planning and their own sales for at least the next few years.

You may not want to be the sales leader at your MSP forever, but in order to outsource or hire effectively, you must understand how the process works, how you measure success, and how to fix problems quickly.

If you’ve been running your MSP for more than ten years and haven’t managed to move the needle much yourself, have failed at hiring sales and marketing team members, and have spent a lot of money trying outsourced agencies with no results, it’s time to try something new – so let’s get started with some free MSP sales training.
